At Duha Muslimwear, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your modest wear does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
